1. Do the dolls break?
No, they are made of an especially durable vinyl material.
2. Can children play with these dolls?
Yes, they are very lovable and enjoy a child’s attention.
3. Can I comb the doll’s hair?
Yes, however, if a child is young and wants to frequently sleep with her baby, we recommend short hair.
4. If the doll’s hair gets dirty, can we change it?
Yes, we are happy to change the wig for you for the minimal cost of the wig.
5. If the dog chews the doll or her brother is rough with it, can you fix it?
Yes, we can change out pieces of the doll at a minimal cost.
Return Policies
If a “make your own doll” is ordered, shipped and returned, there is a $20 restocking fee. If a designer doll is purchased, it may be returned in perfect condition with no restocking fee.
