Our passion lies in helping you create your own custom made doll, whether that’s online or in our store in Shipshewana. You select your preferences of body size, skin tone, facial expression, eye color, hair color and hair style. We assist you in putting the pieces together and adding all the finishing touches. Those include a cloth heart, a beautiful outfit selected by you and a birth certificate.

Our History
Kids Kreations was originated in 1994 by two sisters with a vision for the ideal children’s store. In the spring of 2000, Kids Kreations began offering the “make your own doll” experience to its customers and has grown its establishment into a successful business and destination for doll enthusiasts.

From the south – starting at state road 20 and state road 5, head north 2 miles to Middlebury St. Turn right for one block and turn left onto Harrison Street.
From the northeast – exit the Indiana toll road at state road 9 (exit 121) and proceed south to state road 120. Turn right for approximately 8 miles to state road 5, head south 4 miles to Middlebury St. Turn left for one block and turn left onto Harrison Street.
From the northwest – exit the Indiana toll road at state road 13 (exit 107) and proceed south to state road 120. Turn left for approximately 8 miles to state road 5, head south 4 miles to Middlebury St. Turn left for one block and turn left onto Harrison Street.

1. Do the dolls break?
No, they are made of an especially durable vinyl material.
2. Can children play with these dolls?
Yes, they are very lovable and enjoy a child’s attention.
3. Can I comb the doll’s hair?
Yes, however, if a child is young and wants to frequently sleep with her baby, we recommend short hair.
4. If the doll’s hair gets dirty, can we change it?
Yes, we are happy to change the wig for you for the minimal cost of the wig.
5. If the dog chews the doll or her brother is rough with it, can you fix it?
Yes, we can change out pieces of the doll at a minimal cost.
Return Policies
If a “make your own doll” is ordered, shipped and returned, there is a $20 restocking fee. If a designer doll is purchased, it may be returned in perfect condition with no restocking fee.
